Customer sales and support are operated from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Collection and handover do not take place at a residential address; the applicable collection or delivery location is confirmed in writing for each accepted order.

The company’s registered office and address for service of legal documents are supplied on formal company and accepted order documentation and are available before purchase by written request. We do not present a private residential address as a public showroom or collection point.

Buy a Trailer is listed in Venter Trailers’ dealer directory. We independently operate this website, confirm orders with customers and accept payment as the selling dealer.
Payments
Published-price products can be ordered directly through the website. The website creates a private order reference and locks the product total before opening Yoco’s hosted card checkout. Buy a Trailer does not receive or store full card details.
We do not require a deposit. Customers pay the full order total. Price-on-application and quoted orders are paid only after the exact amount is confirmed in writing.
Electronic order records
Before payment, customers can review products, quantities, optional services and the total. After an order is created, the customer receives a private reference and order page recording the products, total, payment status and fulfilment updates. Customers should retain the confirmation and protect the private access link.
Complaints and escalation
Send complaints to sales@buyatrailer.co.za with the order reference, a clear description and supporting photographs or documents. We will acknowledge the matter, investigate it and keep you informed of the next step.
If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint directly, the customer may use the remedies available under South African law, including approaching the National Consumer Commission where applicable. Privacy complaints may be submitted to the Information Regulator.
